Who we are
Hi, I’m Nina — the baker, dreamer, and dough-obsessed human behind Roll Call. Baking has always been my love language. Since I was a kid, I’ve been the one showing up to family gatherings with something sweet (or savory) fresh out of the oven. What started with cinnamon rolls for birthdays and holidays has grown into my full-time passion: creating small-batch, made-from-scratch treats that make people feel at home.
Roll Call isn’t just about cinnamon rolls — it’s a weekly rotating menu of breads, pastries, and baked goods that keep things exciting while still feeling nostalgic. Think soft, warm loaves, buttery layers, and creative flavor twists that you didn’t even know you were craving. My goal? To spread a little love (and carbs) to anyone who wants to answer the call.
